Blauブラウ症候群の特徴は次の3症状を呈します。一つは皮疹で、二つは関節症状、三つめは眼症状である。5歳前から皮疹は始まり、その他の症状はあとになって出てくることが多いです。この発疹は、乾燥性皮膚の帽状頭大の硬い丘疹、経過とともに足関節背面や手指などの無痛性の嚢腫状の晴れが出現し、ついで全眼球性のブドウ膜炎をきてします。高熱を認めることもあります。BCG接種で始まることもあります。NOD2遺伝子の異常にて確定診断します。
